Liz is the owner of Just Like Mine Daycare in Lincoln, Nebraska. Her family child care program is nationally accredited and Step Up to Quality Step 5 rated. Liz serves as Nebraska’s NAFCC State Representative and is a member of Home Grown’s Leading from Home network.

Shannon is the owner of Wild Child Daycare in Lincoln, Nebraska. Her family child care program is nationally accredited and Step Up to Quality Step 5 rated. Shannon also brings a strong provider voice to policy work through Home Grown’s Provider Policy Work Group.

Taylor is the owner of Taylor’s Tiny Friends in Syracuse, Nebraska. Her family child care program is Step Up to Quality Step 4 rated, and she partners with her local school district to provide a Sixpence Early Learning program.

Lisset is the owner and director of Diana’s Learning Center in Omaha, Nebraska. She brings experience as a child care provider, trainer, and leader, including supporting and connecting Nebraska’s Spanish-speaking child care community.

Teresa is a longtime family child care provider in Superior, Nebraska, where she has operated her program since 2002. She brings decades of experience caring for children as well as mentoring and supporting other child care providers.
